WILD Fish
We exclusively use wild-caught fish sourced from the ocean through sustainable fishing practices.
SUSTAINABLE Fishing
Our producers use sustainable fishing practices to ensure the selective capture of fish and the preservation of marine resources. Our tuna are caught using the "pole and line" fishing technique (certified by "FRIENDS OF THE SEA" and MSC). Our small sardines from Rias Galegas are caught using the “Do Xeito” sustainable fishing technique, an ancestral fishing practice.
