Our canned sardines and "petingas" (small sardines) are produced from fresh fish caught between late September and October, the ideal period for fishing this species. During this time, sardines have a higher fat content, which enhances their flavour, making them richer, tastier, and improving their texture.
Our canned sardines and “petingas” are left to "mature" for at least six months before being sold, a crucial process for further enriching their flavour and texture.

Sardines (Sardina Pilchardus), organic extra virgin olive oil (28.2%) and salt.

Our small sardines from Rianxo are prepared with fresh fish using artisanal practices and only with the addition of extra virgin olive oil. They are left to "mature" for at least six months before being made available for sale, in order to further enhance their flavour and texture.
They are a true delicacy that will surprise even the most discerning palates.
